Albert and Vellum

Often as a by product of taking a class or pursuing a personal project, I end up trying something new. When taking a workshop at iAnimate I wanted to use the Vellum solver, I had some basic knowledge of Houdini and the short was an ideal candidate for the experiment.

I wanted to consolidate my findings and to show, that a with a little setup you can add some additional interest to your animation and hopefully be less intimidated by the sheer magnitude of Houdini, it’s really an awesome tool.
