Allstate College Football
Design and visualistion work for a regional advert.
I produced a series of possible stadium ideas for our fictional team to play. The designs were low poly and loosely based on traditional North American teams.
During the concept build I used a storyboard frames to create some rough line ups with the blocky stadium.
The client settled on a hybrid design that merged the big leagues with the qualities of a local team.
The function of the CG stadium build was to lay the foundation for the matte painting. However, during the early stages of the production, I was asked to investigate the possibility of utilising a CG crowd.
These lineups helped provide logical camera positions and lens information to start populating the stadium seats with the Golaem crowd tool.
Ultimately, the brief changed and the CG crowd build was dropped, it did however give me a first look into a wonderful tool.
